Bachelor’s Studies
Bachelor’s studies are a shorter form of higher education aimed both at a more practice-oriented professional profile and at preparing students to progress to follow-up master’s studies. Bachelor’s programmes are offered in both full-time and part-time formats.
After successfully passing the state bachelor’s examination and defending their bachelor’s thesis, graduates receive the degree “bakalář” (abbreviated “Bc.”, written before the name), which is recognized worldwide.
Bachelor’s studies at the CTU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering follow a common core. More information about study options is available on the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering website.
